SCT is changing

In 2015 SCT celebrated 50 years of helping the homeless and people in recovery from addiction.

We decided to use this milestone to take stock and review our work to help us improve our services.

So in early 2015 we started working with an organisation called Pilotlight to review our vision, services and financial model, to ensure our next 50 years are as successful as our last.

This work has re-affirmed our key purpose: we will still work with those suffering the worst consequences of alcohol and drug addiction to help them achieve recovery and re-integration into society.

This work has re-affirmed our key purpose: we will still work with those suffering the worst consequences of alcohol and drug addiction to help them achieve recovery and re-integration into society.

But, as homelessness and addiction is on the rise in Hackney and Tower Hamlets, we are challenged to be even more ambitious.

We are therefore in the process of making reforms to some of our services so that we can help more people achieve even better outcomes.

These changes are being undertaken at this very moment and as such are not reflected on our website at present. This will be corrected in the coming months, but in the meantime have a look round our existing website and get in touch if you would like more details about our future plans.

Thank you
