We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our Senior Management Team. This role would suit someone with a proven track record of strategically managing and leading finance, HR and operations within a medium-sized organisation.
Working as part of a friendly and passionate team of people in SCT’s Head Office in London, you will be an enthusiastic leader who is motivated by the work of SCT’s mission, inclusive Christian ethos, and the support it offers.
With the CEO you will be responsible for effectively leading a host of operations across SCT, including finance, HR, IT, policies, premises, fundraising and data protection. A background within the charity sector is desirable.
Please note: it is essential that candidates who apply are educated to degree level – preferably from a Management, HR, or Finance field. It is also essential that candidates have strong management and leadership experience, as well as financial planning and strategic budgeting experience.
