Donating Goods

We are always looking for donated goods, they help to keep our costs as low as possible.

Donations to our Homeless Drop-in

Food donations are extremely helpful to us as we can feed those who are hungry on a daily basis. The items that are most useful include:

  • Tea
  • Coffee
  • Sugar
  • Soup
  • Other tinned food
  • Cereal
  • Biscuits
  • Assortment of cakes i.e. Mr Kipling slices, mince pies etc
  • Chocolates

Other items that we could use include:

  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Toothpaste & toothbrushes
  • Razors
  • Shaving gel/foam
  • Shower gel
  • Deodorant (spray)
  • Liquid Soap in dispensers
  • Flannels
  • Socks
  • Men's underwear (medium-large)
  • Woollen scarves
  • Woollen hats
  • Woollen gloves
  • Men's T-Shirts (medium-large)
  • Sweat shirts XXL (dark colours)

Unwanted Furniture Wanted!

The New Hanbury Project Furniture Restoration course is always looking for unwanted furniture old or new for our classes where the students restore items of any condition back to a good selling condition - they are then donated to our charity shops.
