“I used to meet my dealer in the church gardens and now I am clean and planting seeds in the garden and watching something I have done grow.”
New Hanbury Project Student
Our Gardening Course has been run through the NHP since 2005. The course is run twice a week. The students are taught to plan and grow plants for a garden or window box. We are also regularly working in the gardens and yard of a local church. This work has included planting trees and flowers, relaying a small terrace, clearing walkways and laying turf.
